The firm is experienced in appraising various non-traditional property types and properties with less-than-fee-simple ownership rights. The firm has worked for a number of public and private entities in the study and/or valuation of mineral rights, quarries and borrow pits, street abandonments, landlocked parcels, cell tower sites, billboard sites, waste treatment facilities, rendering plants, proposed landfills, contaminated properties and wetlands mitigation banks.
As noted in the Litigation Support section of the website, the firm also has extensive experience in eminent domain appraisal assignments. The firm's partners are qualified as "Level 5" appraisers by the Georgia Department of Transportation, designating that they are qualified to appraise the DOT's most difficult assignments.
