Andrew "Andy" D. Sheppard, MAI

Andy Sheppard has been employed with Pritchett, Ball & Wise, Inc. since 1998, and is a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute and a Certified General Real Property Appraiser with the State of Georgia.  The majority of his assignments involve condemnation and litigation support, as well as assorted commercial, retail, industrial, office, multi-family residential (with a focus in low-income/tax-credit housing) and special use properties such as cell towers, wetlands and mineral properties.

W. Scott Tomlinson

Scott Tomlinson has been employed with Pritchett, Ball & Wise, Inc. since 1998, and is currently a Certified General Real Property Appraiser with the State of Georgia.  His assignments have involved various commercial and multi-family properties, as well as several specialized properties such as conservation easements, takings by government entities, inverse condemnation, valuation of Civil War battlefields and valuation of concessionaire’s possessory interest in National Park improvements.

Kari B. Lazarova, ASA, CFA

Kari is managing the Business Valuation Practice at Pritchett, Ball & Wise, Inc. Kari holds the Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) designation in Business Valuation with the American Society of Appraisers. In September 2008, Ms. Lazarova obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute. She has over 12 years of experience in business valuation, financial analysis and M&A. Kari B. Lazarova served as President for the Atlanta Chapter of the American Society of Appraisers for fiscal year 2006-2007. Prior to joining Pritchett, Ball & Wise, Inc., Kari has been a consultant at Barents Group LLC, KPMG, where she was engaged in several USAID and EU projects providing advisory and valuation services to government agencies, financial institutions, and corporate clients.

Melanie M. Latham

Mrs. Latham has been employed as a fee appraiser at various commercial real estate appraisal firms across the south since 1986, and is currently a Certified General Real Property Appraiser with the State of Georgia.  As an associate at Pritchett, Ball & Wise, Inc., she has been involved in market studies, consultations and the appraisal of numerous parcels of real property of varying types including residential, retail, industrial, office, special use properties and large acreage tracts.

David Higgins

 Mr. Higgins has been an associate with Pritchett, Ball & Wise, Inc. since November 2005 assisting in the fields of market research, market studies and appraisal of numerous parcels of real property of varying property types.
