Pritchett, Ball & Wise, Inc. was founded in 1954
by Mr. James H. Pritchett, MAI, SRA, who passed away in 2002.
Today, the firm strives to uphold the tenets instilled by Mr.
Pritchett, one of the industry's preeminent leaders and educators.
All three of the firm's current partners are MAI-designated appraisers,
and we perform a variety of services for clients throughout the
southeast region, including real property appraisal, appraisal
review, litigation and expert witness support, consulting, and
brokerage. All of our assignments are USPAP compliant and
customizable to meet the needs of our clients, using the most
current information available to arrive at the most reliable and
well-documented opinion of value available.
